Medically-Assisted Inpatient Detox

Let’s address the physical symptoms first

The medically-assisted detox  is undertaken by a professional medical team to assist with the physical withdrawal symptoms of drug abuse.  This forms the initial stage of all inpatient treatment or as part of an individualised treatment plan.  Detox programmes range from 5 – 14 days depending on the substance.  Alcohol and benzodiazepine detoxes cannot be undertaken in less than 7 – 10 days.

21-Day Inpatient Primary-Care Programme

Primary care substance abuse treatment

The primary-care programme is a 21-day inpatient treatment programme.  It is based on cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching.  It is designed for clients who require foundational, primary addiction and recovery education and assistance.  The programme is aimed at patients who have never undergone primary care treatment or need a strong treatment foundation.

21-Day Inpatient Secondary-Care Programme

Progressive approach to relapse prevention

The secondary-care programme is a 21-day inpatient treatment programme.   The programme is based on cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching, which is an innovative, client-centred to recovery.  This programme is recommended for individuals that have completed primary-care at another facility or experienced a relapse following previous in- or outpatient treatment.

42-Day Inpatient Treatment Programme

Comprehensive primary & secondary care

The 6-week extended care inpatient treatment programme is the ideal option for those needing a primary- and secondary-care programme.  This programme focuses on behavioural therapy and coaching, and is designed to help clients develop sustainable recovery plans.  The 6-week programme includes 11 months’ aftercare in the clinic’s outpatient programme.

Reintegration Programme

Extended-care programme for long-term recovery

The Recovery Integration programme has been developed to support clients as they reintegrate into their personal and professional lives following primary and secondary care treatment.  Clients are able to put their recovery plans into practice, while  being in a safe and secure environment. Clients are accommodated in the clinic, with access to group and individual sessions while being able to engage in independent activities such as work, study and family/social activities.

21-Day Outpatient Programme

Long-term coaching, adult education & peer support group

The Recovery Wellness Outpatient Programme is a 21-day programme which focuses on adult education, recovery coaching and peer support.  The programme is forward-focused and solutions-driven, and designed to support individuals and families following inpatient treatment.  It is an excellent option for individuals with demanding personal and professional lives, as client have access to the course for a 12-month period.
